On his website he has several before and afters and one where he clearly states to have lenghtened the PFL of this woman. How is that possible? I thought you couldnt change your PFL length ?

What ur seeing is a tighter lower eyelid in the after giving the illusion of lower pfh which gives the illusion of higher pfl. Also she has mascara on the eyelashes in the after greatly exaggerating the results.
