Are my masseter insertions good?I think I have type 1 fibers and it will be hard for me to grow them!I managed to grow them a little bit, but it can only be seen when it is flexed, about 5 months ago I could only flex masseters when I clenched, but now I can flex them without clenching!In the photo I am flexing them!I saw that people from father's side have huge masseters in a good way, is it posible I got the good insertions from father's side but bad fibers from mom side?
