Masster training is it worth it?

I’m considering training my masseters because I have a narrow jaw, but my gonions angle slightly inward. I’m concerned that increasing their size could make my face look bloated rather than defined. At the same time, I realize that no matter how lean you are, if you lack sufficient bone structure or muscle mass, definition won’t show. Building my masseters could add the structural mass needed to make my jaw appear wider and create more noticeable hollowing when I lean down. My main concern is whether my inward gonions would limit the overall aesthetic benefit.

This is the logic
Low bone/muscle mass → limited definition even at low body fat
Increase masseter size → more lateral width and structural support
More structure + low body fat → greater visible definition
Inward gonions → possible limitation on outward projection + higher risk of bloated appearance

Masseter trainining may be worth your efforts, but only if your teeth are symmetrical and aligned and if your jaw bone is narrow enough for the results to not be disproportionate.

If you have crooked and assymetrical teeth, you should avoid training masseters because the forces will be distributed unevenly. This uneven distribution will result in imbalances and one masseter becoming larger than the other.

Reputation my response. I hope this helps.

Conner Murphy did 1 exercise and now he looks uncanny. Reason to fear monger this.
Training them cooked me ngl
Not super noticeable but it made my zygos look more recessed and made cheeks look more bloated (first picture was before training)

Yo, bit late to this obviously but I just posted a thread on this with before & afters posted, go check it out if you care to because I really disagree with this propoganda against masseter training, obviously if you already have a decent gonial angle (Frontal) and bigonial its not gonna help but in the case of an already narrow jaw its genuinley a life saver (in my experience)
