Mast anti estrogen effects

Anyone know the ratio test:mast I should be running to lower e2, wanna drop the ai and add mast instead

The proportions to have e2 balanced with masteron + testosterone are very weird, you'd have to run very high mast for little test, mast is not that potent as DHT as well, these 2 are incommensurate

Mast acts more like a serm, since it supresses e2 very weakly

So I won’t crash my e2 if I keep my ai and include mast? You think I should lower the e2 dose ?

If you include mast your e2 will decrease.

If you include testosterone, unless it is a negligible dose, it will aromatize more e2 than masteron can decrease from androgen dominance.

Take an aromatase inhibitor and get bloodwork. If you cant, take a steroidal AI and run low-mid dose or dose until you get just a bit side effects of low e2 [some people have high e2 but have no side effects of high e2, hence since you wouldnt know if you are apart of this group, run till you get sides, beside, testosterone should offset the loss of neuroprotectivity from low e2]
