Can someone tell me what degree of freemasonry he and his dad is. If hes like a 3rd degree mason then whatever. But if hes high up then thats creepy ash.

There is the apprentice which is the first, then the second is the fellowcraft and then the Master Mason. There is also the Worshipful master mason. If anything, it is just a large networking platform. If you are interested, you can check different places. Yet you should have a open mind if you are willing to join.

No, there is only three. Rarely four depending how long you had your service. There are different rites but they function as different groups. There is the Scottish rite then the Easter Stars. There are many.
