Sounds like a terrible idea to make members have to earn the right to speak based on how liked they are by others.

Too many users that turned out to be fakecels just postmaxxed to appear more legit.

Atleast with the 300 post limit, users will have to make legitimate posts before being able to spam in the sewers.
