And what do you think about periosteal midface lift for lower eylid elevation ?( fix sclera show ) some people said it gave the same result as implant and less invasive than normal midface lift and soof fat grafting with that + canthoplasty. And what surgeon whould you recommend with that ?

I really hate implant is too expensive too invasive ,even if it can be the best solution i want to stay in soft tissue

And space graft too uncanny
