Some pieces are harder some are softer. If u find 2 hard pieces just keep reusing them for like a month. Thats what I do.

Sometimes I get some that are hard as Fuk and others are soft, I think it depends on supplier as some just leave them out and others keep in fridge.

But like some guy said use cold water whilst chewing as it hardens it up.
