I got tmj from mastic gum but when I use jaw trainers, my jaw joint feels normal. I hear people saying that jaw trainers are unnatural so it will make the masseters look weird compared to using mastic gum. Is this true?

yes, because jaw trainers make masseters look uneven compared to natural chewing (mastic gum)

I use maaturbating gum

what if i buy 2 jaw trainers so that i can chew each on the same side
ur still doing static repetitive clenching not natural like chewing food or like i mentioned gum
so you'll most definitely get tmj or uneven hypertrophy patterns
buying 2 wont make it seem natural it just doubles down on the same flawed mechanics as one jaw trainer would have
so just use mastic gum it uses natural chewing so you'll get more balanced muscle use
