All of this is related to my spine surgery I had at 14. Huge oxidative stress damage from chronic pain and stress. I never had any signs of hair loss until that surgery, and in the months following it only got worse until my skin had thinned out so much and my hairline receded so much that I turned incel.

Again, I have no room for self pity. I am out of that stressful time. But the damage is still there. I have to work on reversing it from the inside out.
