i mean just be conscious as ur falling asleep and u should start to lucid dream with enough practice... in theory, im not experienced. but im gonna be trying every night. i do sort of wake up when i start seeing things. ill make a guide once i actually become more experienced.

3 days ago first time i tried astral projection but as soon as i started lucid dreaming me flying i got very scared and was awake in a few seconds. then yesterday i tried again and started seeing things instead of being able to lucid dream but they kind of disappeared every time i realized they were fake. lets see how it goes this time.

i havent lucid dreamed that many times but only once was it in the middle of a dream and it was very good and interesting had sex but woke up sleep paralysis.

the other time i lucid dreamed as i was falling asleep and i could still move IRL and i did some amazing things.

but this is pretty much it for my lucid dreaming aside from some minor occurences i dont remember well

i want to be more in control of my consciousness, i think this would be useful in other ways because i have issues with this. maybe meditation could help i can even lucid dream somewhat during the day by laying motionless but i cant fall asleep.

forgot to mention, these last few days ive been taking 40-80 mg of melatonin which really seems to help. not ideal but most of us have pretty fucked up pineal glands
