Is masturbation truly wrong and hurting me? what's so wrong with releasing nut once and awhile? Hopefully masturbation doesn't kill my looks... Help

how tf should masturbation kill your looks? just put your thinking hat on; with this logic, sex should also kill your looks.
if you overdo it, it can have some bad mental effects, just like other high dopamine activities but it won't have any effect on looks.

Not really, just try to not do it everyday and do it without porn. And if you do watch porn watch solo shit so you aren't rewiring your brain to be a cuck by watching women get fucked.

you become less engergetic (possibly) and that can worsen your looks, possible loss of sleep (eyebags), relying on porn for a dopamine hit (staying in doors for extended periods of time, leading to whiter skin for some), and overall mood is worse. But I guess your point makes sense. Masturbation, to porn or not, is not positive. You're releasing billions of your children into a sock, now how is that natural...
