Negative reinforcement is not the best way to stop but if it works it works.
Just taper down like I said, if multiple times a day, then gradually less, then don’t do it on Sundays, then don’t do it on Wednesdays, then only do it every other day, every three days, once a week, never again.

Getting female attention. Also try doing it every 2 days then every 3 days then carry that on till you can go once a week then once a month and soon enough you won’t beat it as much. Also gotta think about how you only nutting for like 2 seconds then it’s gone and you feel like shit afterwards
