Gooning in general is fine because It's natural, no harm in doing so. Just try to limit yourself to 1-2 times a day, anything above that is probably just addiction. Also don't watch porn while jerking, shit kills your dopamine receptors and fries your brain. If you goon too much/ goon to porn, you won't be able to nut while having sex because your brain will be accustomed to being a virtual cuck. I'm not spouting bs btw multiple people have experienced bad performing in bed due to their porn/gooning addictions.
