Yeah, and you wouldn’t put milk in green tea. Boxes of green tea even say not to add milk
Matcha actually has a stronger earthy flavour when drank as tea, which is why I preferred regular green tea. But when it’s in a “matcha latte”, it just loses the flavour. It’s just expensive hot milk
