If you've ever drank a large amount of mate or regularly drink it like me you would know the debloating aspects are crazy.

I personally see a bigger difference with mate than a monster or coconut water

Highly recommend it if your goals are to debloat. It also contains high amounts of caffeine

Is the taste good though? and how long does it typically take to make?

I'm ALL about debloating but just seems like this would take too long and I could mess up easily and have to restart.

All you need is the mate "cup" a special straw (comes together) and the yerba.

To make it takes me 2 minutes all you have to do is add the yerba and add hot water (kind of like making a tea)

Theres also a video of ishowspeed trying and making mate you should watch it to see how quick it was

Taste wise it depends on the person

I like it but it might be because i've been drinking it my whole life
