Lower third should be a little shorter, like 31%. Shorter nose = Nasal CCW, which look like a more protruded nose and are straighter. This also increases the IAA angle [Ipselateral alar angle] which allows for a wider jaw or face.

This also leaves room for a larger lower third or upper third. Many men are dimorphic because of their upper third height.
