if u sleep at 4 am then sleep at 8 am next day
then next day 12 pm then next day 4 pm and the next day 8 pm
this is the ultimate best way to fix no othe method comes close staying up whole day is nightmare and will fuck u up
while just going to bed later and later for a week is ideal as ur body cycatrdian also will slowly adjust
