Honestly LL and the kind of facial surgery plans you need to go from LTN to HTN+ are kinda comparable in cost and recovery. LL is just one bad surgery, facial ascension often takes multiple surgeries to fix everything.

Really the only people slaying now are top-tier in face and height. Rich guys are cleaning up the rest.
