Max fac turning me down. Help!

I went to a max fac the other day and he literally tells me that he will not operate. He took X-rays and did a full consult. He said that I wasn’t a candidate instead he recommended braces to move my teeth forward because apparently they are tipped inward.

Background on this surgeon he’s not a quack and he came recommended from a high level plastic surgeon. Right now the suggestion is mid face malar and zygote flair fat grafts. Essentially they are saying that with fat grafts I can ascend. I need some thoughts on this. I’m still open to bimax but this max fac and the other one I spoke to are both saying I’m not a candidate after X-rays. What’s my chances of ascension with malar and zygote work. Fat grafts or implants. I’m leaning towards implant.

His goal is to bag money off of bluepilled normies with no understanding of aesthetics. Why would he perform a risky operation with liability when he could do a simple soft tissue operation taking way less planning and make a good amount of money. A blackpiller is a threat to the average surgeon, once you utter the word maxilla they are on red alert

He’s not the one doing the operation. Max fac recommended implants or grafting for someone else to do. He told me the looks would be helped by the implants along the mid face upper maxillary area. Also what we’re talking about is a lefort 1 so it won’t move the upper part anyway. I still agree I feel my upper lip looks shit

aesthetic. I may have problems I’m not aware of but I haven’t done a sleep study for apnea or anything.

Problem is I’m up in the air with insurance so money wise malar implants might be the move I can make now instead of five years from now when it will hardly matter

Not sure. My upper abs are visible and I’ve been working out a lot hard the last few weeks. There’s a machine at my gym that measures but that thing told me I was 12% before so I don’t believe it

If I were you, I wouldn't bother with surgery. Lower your standards, get high SMV through other means. I think you will be sorely disappointed with what you can do via surgery.

Its not that you can't be helped by surgery. It is where you stand now vs. what you stand to gain by doing surgery.

I agree in principal that looks are the most important by a long shot. However we have to remember that surgery isn't a magic trick to look like the top male models. It is risky, costly and has a definite limit on what can realistically be achieved in practice.

Looking at your pictures, you are about average looking with a tendency towards dark triad / high T overall look. You have some "failos" which I understand is tempting to fix through surgery. Your face might improve with lower bodyfat, however it looks as if you lack some forward growth. But lets look at the positives:

You have a good gonial angle, some zygo width, great pheno. I don't know what your height is, but: If you aren't having regular sex with girls as of right now, then the issue isn't your looks, it is other factors. I'm thinking that you chasing surgery is a result of you going to deep into the direction of blackpill.

Yes, it is true that if you look like PSL 8 6'5 Chad God you can just exist and women will flock your way. You will never look like that with surgery, nor will anyone else. You look good enough to have access to a high level of women true further softmax and statusmax. I just wouldn't recommend surgery.

Ok thanks for the extended response. I’ve had girls but I feel like they get with me because they lower their standards. Even the plastic surgeon I’ve been talking to is suggesting minimal work but the fact I’ve got a good pheno temps me to do something that might ‘tweak’ an important feature like mid face and jump me from normal slight above average to standard ‘hot guy’ (meaning chadlite but not neccessarily male model if that makes sense)
