What is the average amount of psl rating points the average teen can increase without surgery?

Depends on the base. An obese guy with cystic acne could easily increase 2PSL from clearing skin and getting to 12% bf alone.

The maximum anyone can ascend is maybe 2psl if below 5 and maybe 1psl if above 5.
