Been running a dual protocol for months:

  • Pigment shield: Astaxanthin 18 mg, Lycopene 50 mg, Beta-Carotene 25,000 IU, Lutein/Zeaxanthin/Meso-Z, Pycnogenol 60 mg, Resveratrol 300 mg, Ginkgo 300 mg.

  • Matrix rebuild (night): Collagen 10 g + Whey 5 g + Vit C 1 g + Vit E + MSM 5 g + Glycine 5 g + Hyaluronic Acid 600 mg (500–700 kDa) + Organic Silica 1 g.

but skin still looks aged, thin, dehydrated, old.

Question: Is this a limit of oral supplementation? Do I need to add tretinoin/microneedling/peels? Or is it more about hormones, sleep, and systemic factors?

  • Started gym and ran daily before a minimum 2km/day so also getting daily Sunlight requirements
  • Sleep enough 7-8hrs
  • Get all my Vitamins and protein from supplements..

Anyone who’s combined pigment supplements with collagen loading, did you notice real age reversal, or just protection going forward? I feel like I take more skin supplements than anyone I know and do the basics, diet + sunlight but still look unhealthy. Despite taking all these things I wouldn't say I look tanned or anything, the skin looks unhealthy but the pigment doesn't seem like anything special tbh

never over until you hardmax. Only just started gym tbh so idk how much of a difference it will make, but maybe after a year if I still look bad I can look at surgery options but surely with ideal health and fitness the skin should at least not look like this, I feel like it's all the supplements I take making me look worse but I can't find a reason why, logically they should benefit the skin more than any way they harm it but som,e people just be going gym , eating meat and have perfect skin with some basic skincare routine.

You have great skin, but your acne scars and deformities are brutal

Idk about the skin, it looks kinda unnatural imo, which I don't like, I see some people post here and the face doesn't look like they have products on, like I only shower then while face is water apply hyaluronic acid and spf 50 but it's almost too shiny. tried like 8 different products over the years. What do you mean by deformities though? I have some in mind, but want to see which ones you think I have

Id suggest microneedling + ghkcu or some form if retinoid wither tarzaratone or tretinoin
Also a lip lift would work wonders for appearing younger since the philtrum is very long and it gets even longer with age due to volume loss in the lips

Is high strength Tazarotene better than Tretinoin?

True, I can't inject stuff since I'm still living at home and family hates me doing any of this stuff, using skincare, taking supplements because I'm 'poisoning myself' and people have been doing fine till now without any of this stuff.... etc etc and this is all a mental illness BUT like just look at my pfp bruh, subhuman seems like a pretty accurate title, then even with looksmaxing knowledge, supplements, a popular hairstyle and expensive skincare the result is still ugly, maybe not subhuman but still worse than the average person I see outside/ at work.

I've only noticed the lip issue recently and am seeing an orthodontist next week to get scans to see if the issue is skeletal / dental/ both and what I can do to fix it at this age, I think fillers are temporary fixes and I don't want to have to top up on them for life if I can just use surgery to shift my midface and free the upper lip so they are at least balanced would be better.

I do weekly dermarolling but am planning to upgrade to a pen , I have also booked to see a dermatologist next week to see what they think the issue could be.

Other issues I noticed are upper eyelid exposure and I realised the forehead is insanely big, I thought maybe it was like larger than average but maybe I need some transplant to bring the hairline further down but I just can't visualise how it would look, any other deformities you can see ? suggestions? , hoping derma will give me Tretinoin since needs to be prescribed in UK

Glad you realise what you work with and are able to consult professionals. Upgrading to a derma pen is smart, buy one and use it on your skin.
„any other deformities you can see ?“
Your nose is a bit bulbous around the sides, a rhinoplasty would help you as well

Your eye area is also unsettling though i can’t pin point any flaws. Your eyes are positively tilted with deep setness. You could maybe use minoxidil for your eyebrows as well since they’re really thin but compared to your healthmarkers and other it’s not too big of a flaw.

I see thanks, I have seen the nose mentioned in every post to fix, but forgot about it also no one has said what the issue was they said bulbous but mentioning the sides makes more sense, , I do use minoxidil on brows as well as serums and castor oil but I guess it hasn't been 6 months yet for full results, once they seem pretty thick I'll try to shape them but if after using all those they still are thin I might have to use dye or something.

As for the eyes, im thinking maybe the midsection is recessed, which is why I have no upper lip ( could ultimately just be genetics and unfixable without filler ) , but not sure if surgery pushing it forward would fix eyes etc or how it would impact the rest of the face. THis stuff is way in the future though I guess since I need insane money for that stuff , right now priority is check with derma for any skin issues , get scans from orthodtist and see what I can do to recover lip , might require middle third surgery then I will take the scans to an aesthetician and ask about the eyes, nose etc , right now no aestheticians near me and I know it would be hella expensive anyway so will moneymax and try to fix eyebrows and skin in the meantime
