Been running a dual protocol for months:
but skin still looks aged, thin, dehydrated, old.
Question: Is this a limit of oral supplementation? Do I need to add tretinoin/microneedling/peels? Or is it more about hormones, sleep, and systemic factors?
Anyone who’s combined pigment supplements with collagen loading, did you notice real age reversal, or just protection going forward? I feel like I take more skin supplements than anyone I know and do the basics, diet + sunlight but still look unhealthy. Despite taking all these things I wouldn't say I look tanned or anything, the skin looks unhealthy but the pigment doesn't seem like anything special tbh
- Pigment shield: Astaxanthin 18 mg, Lycopene 50 mg, Beta-Carotene 25,000 IU, Lutein/Zeaxanthin/Meso-Z, Pycnogenol 60 mg, Resveratrol 300 mg, Ginkgo 300 mg.
- Matrix rebuild (night): Collagen 10 g + Whey 5 g + Vit C 1 g + Vit E + MSM 5 g + Glycine 5 g + Hyaluronic Acid 600 mg (500–700 kDa) + Organic Silica 1 g.
