Maxilla advancement without recession

When I was little I had braces with rubber bands and I'm sure it recessed my maxilla making me unable to breathe well through my nose
Also I have downward growth

I had SARPE surgery but I still cant breathe

Although I dont look recessed at all ( I have a small overbite), do you think a surgeon would agree to advance my maxilla? (Mandible too ofc)
