My upper jaw, maxilla I believe, is at a different angle than my eyes, and it is causing asymmetry in my face. What can I do to fix and what could it be. If more details are needed lmk and I’ll get them

Do you mean your premaxilla is reccessed?
If it actually is, the only solution is surgery

what's your maxilla? is that like your cheekbone?

I have a lot of of facial asymmetry and I’m willing to have surgery I’m 16 bout to be 17 so if there are fixes while I’m still somewhat young I want to know them. I js took this picture I can find a better one in a bit

Looks your upper palate is too narrow to accomondate all the teeth, they are like "stacking up" on each other.
If you get marpe or mse (depends on your case so do your own research), you will get a better smile and wider maxilla -> wider jaw.
Your asymmetry is not that bad, ive seen worse, there are bigger failos to think of.
