I’m 14, my maxilla is kind of recessed and I want more forward growth for it. I have one last big growth spurt which is gonna be somewhere in next summer or after it (endocrinologist told me this). What can I do to improve my maxilla during that growth spurt?

Tell your dentist u want a mse expander, dont get braces cuz u will get recessed
