Maxilla fromt profile

If your maxilla is slightly flat can people tell from your front profile also could it be that my maxilla is looking flatter due to my paranasial deficiency? thinking of augmented rhinoplasty but im not sure if it can target that area

i usually associate it with deeper nasiabol folds when they talk or smile

i mean most asians have flat maxilla but you wont be able to tell from a front angle pov

i think mines decent compared to my other friends because i live in an asian country but its definitely not great either it wld be below average compared to like a caucasian
