Some people say that bonesmashing the maxilla doesn‘t do anything which is straight bs. If you apply enough force it will build bruises over time even in the maxilla

The purple Part is sensetive bit it‘s still achievable to gain bone mass in the spot.

Use your hands, or lighter objects like your whater bottle just be careful smashing under your eye


Any advice on this? Btw it doesn‘t really apply to wolf‘s law
