my maxilla is recessed but my midface is still wide i feel like if my maxilla was more developed and had more forward growth i would ascend any advice is appreciated

nothing natural will fix it, you need surgery

Orthodontistic appliances should be able to help, maybe not if you are too old. I am not too sure about that tho

Well I guess a pallate expander indeed could help to get a few mm. I have seen a post a few days ago, ill find it for you rq.

i researched that already it barely moves your maxilla as much as it moves your teeth a lot more unlike a MSE that screws into your palate and puts pressure actually moving it but if you could find that post or give more advice it would be much appreciated thanks for commenting
