with lefort i'll need to get lefort i and not ii/iii because they're only for extremely severe cases but i cant imagine me getting ~8mm of maxillary advancement with just lefort i and seeing that great of a difference in overall aesthetics. will lefort i really do that much for me?

and when you say marpe is cope do you mean its just shit overall or will it do good things for my palate
i ask because im 16 with dark buccal corridor so i want to fix it, what other palate expanding procedures would you recommend?

this also subsequently implies that getting a more projected maxilla (surgically) will make my cheeks hollower since im already lean

if someone were naturally really lean and genetically stored very little fat in their face and cheeks, but still had a recessed maxilla, how would the cheeks look?

im just concerned it wont fix my hollow midface, my alar base sits really far back into my maxilla and makes the area around it look flat. i have high collagen skin so no wrinkles or folds but i can tell if i age ill have prominent nasolabial folds. i dont wanna sound tautological but im worried lefort wont fix that

Every reason you can think of. Without a developed maxilla (Most of it is attributed to malnutrition), you will have a poor bite, palate, nose, lips, zygos, etc. The list goes on and on

Genetics could have helped you in those areas, your maxilla is recessed but it's not to the point it will fuck up your entire face. (Deformity)
