EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON IT, YOU'RE SIDE PROFILE DEPENDS ON FORWARD GROWTH, YOU'RE FWHR, MIFACE RATIO, PHILTRUM LENGHT, MOUTH DEPENDS ON MAXILLA. IF YOU HAD COMPACT MIDFACE, GOOD FWHR AND MIDFACE RATIO, SHORT PHILTRUM AND NORMAL LIPS I WOULD BE A FUKCING SLAYER, BUT I CAN'T BECOUSE THE MOST IMPORANT PART OF THE FACE IS FUCKED UP.

-SHORT PHILTRUM
-FULL LIPS

YOU CAN'T BE UGLY. ALSO GOOD MIDFACE IN MANY CASES MEAN AT LEAST DECENT LOWER THIRD AND EYE AREA.

Yes and no.
You can get MSE which can help with ipd, but there are still people with narrow maxillas and wide ipd.

Average maxilla is all you need. What you need is solid orbital rims/above average zygos thatvthey pop in rear 3/4. Good bonemass on zygos = everything
