It's nose is projected (triangle) sign of a good maxilla however it is recessed, we can see that nose hangs, the soft tissues of the nose are not supported by the maxilla.

What is the difference ? in the right pics we can see the nose is maintained, but hower they are the same growth.

it's very average imo, maybe slightly above.

You seem to have decent forward growth in the body of the maxilla, but not sure wtf is going on with your lips. Seems like you may have mild recession at the alveolar ridge level given how obtuse your nasolabial angle is. Something funky going on with your mandible as well, but I can't tell if it's part of the problem itself or compensating for maxillary deficiency.

It 's correct ?
If this theory is legit, the only way is obtained lefort I, facepuller advances all maxilla...

You could probably get away with some dental compensation if that's actually what's causing the issue. You should go get x-rays done anyway to definitively see what the issue is in the first place.

I think in the two case they have alveolar deficiency, the upper lip is not protruding like jordan barett for example. However james deen has much better support at the nose, The nostrils are better supported by the bone
