Maxilla surgery for flat maxilla

Asians generally have less forward maxillas, could it be lessened by surgery? My cheekbones are pretty forward grown and project forwards. Is it possible to shave them down so they don't project and follow a smooth curve creating the impression of a projecting maxilla?

no. my cheek bones forward projection is below average and my maxilla is downward grown and it does not help frauding maxilla what so ever. these are 2 completely separate things tbh

think of a block of foam, if you remove material from the left and right on the same side, the middle protrudes. Shouldnt that be true if you have a flat face?

yeah, but how do u determine when something is flat? You use local points of interest, namely the presence or lack of cheekbones near or at the same light level to infer the same elevation and location??
