it is almost impossible if you are old enough

you can try thumbpulling religiously, chewing with incisors, hard mewing and really trying to fix posture by strengthening glutes and spinal erectors and also doing chin tucks

all these combined together MIGHT give you a mm or 2 if you do them consistently for years and have luck
