Im 14 and my maxilla is cooked how do i pull it forward before development is finished? I dont have a narrow palate but its just recessive and idk how to fix it cuz ppl always say thumbpulling and mewing are cope

Yes actually look up symptoms of sleep apnea and pretend you have them, also say you have problems with grinding and clenching teeth at night, say you snore, wake up tired, cant swallow much food at once, etc etc
