Is this narrow ideal or wide maxilla and if so how can I improve it marpe? Thumb pulling ? Or is there smt else (mind my stained teeth idk how to whiten them even though I brush )

If your palate is less than 4 centimeters then expand it. If yours is 4 or more then expand it. There is no choice here.
