Not at all. Your issue is in the mandible. Anyone telling you that you have a recessed maxilla, has no idea what the fuck they're talking about. Ignore them.

At your age? Healthy tongue posture and lifestyle. Re-asses when you're older. If its still bad then consider LJS/DJS.

It isn't even terrible now, you've got a good base going forward. Better than 90% of this board. Just give it some years.
