It is not recessed at all but slightly downwardly grown, not projected not recessed. But if u want to fix this then u have to be under 15, so first just fix ur posture, do chin tucks, neck curls or whatever, sleep with mouth tape on, mew as much as possible throughout the day (sometimes hard mew), eat healthy and workout to boost testosterone, and sleep LONG cause sleep is the most important thing here.
