can someone give me actual good advice on how to get a more projected maxilla. i am 17 and have a horribly recessed maxilla. also what can i do to fix my hyoid. i am deadass 10% bodyfat too idk why i look like this

fix your posture and do facial exercises for the hyoid, training your posture will give the illusion of a better side profile in general

just look into bimax and dont waste time on bs like mewing for forward projection
