I'm literally saying, haven't you ever seen people from Asia? I mean, they look similar; from the side, my face looks flat

marpe will make your zygos more projected i believe by like ~1.5-3.5mm but maxilla no it wont. a lefort 1 can tho.

Expander mainly widens the maxilla by splitting the median palatine suture. Maybe you'll get 1-2mm of forward growth but that's not it's purpose so don't have high expectations
