Maxillary Growth

I'll be 16 in a month and I really need to figure out what I can do now to get more forward growth, I've had braces with bands type II since I was 12 (these are my photos at the time), soon in addition to turning 16 I'll also be removing the braces and before doing so I'd like to understand if a palate expander would help in my case since I have a narrow palate (don't mind the color), if so I'd like to know if a normal palate expander would be okay or not, otherwise I'd accept any advice apart from hardmax for now.
