What's the a good tweak on my training split for a bigger frame and more muscles, and maybe less time consuming? I currently do anterior / posterior each 2x a week but the workouts take like 1 hour and 45 minutes. I like the workouts, it's just that I don't have time for anything else outside of the gym and school. This is what my workouts looks like, also let me know what I should do differently if you see something off:
Anterior:
Pec Fly, 2 sets
Incline Chest Press Machine, 1 set
Lateral Raise Machine, 2 sets
Shoulder Press Machine, 1 set
Cable Tricep Extension, 2 sets
Machine Dips, 1 set
Leg Extensions, 2 sets
Incline Leg Press, 1 set
Adductor Machine, 1 set
Ab Crunch Machine, 2 set
Posterior:
T-Bar Row (Chest Supported), 2 sets
Cable Lat Pulldowns, 1 set
Cable Lat Pullovers, 1 set
Cable Curls, 2 sets
Cable Hammer Curls, 1 set
Seated Leg Curls, 2 sets
SLDL, 1 set
Abductor Machine, 1 set
Seated Calf Press, 2 sets
I am also thinking about buying straps to increase back gains, but this would mean I would have to add a bit of forearm exercise as well, how many sets would that need? Thank you in advance
