Firstly l’ll be explaining why bonesmashing works for bone growth then I’ll explain how to maximise it.


DOES BONESMASHING WORK?
Yes, Bonesmashing does work, the proof lies in how bones respond to mechanical tension,
The builder of bones (osteoblasts) (bone building cells) these cells react to mechanical tension and through your growing hormones (hgh, igf1)
When young usually under like 20, hgh and igf1 produces and supports bone growth by using osteoblasts naturally, however bones also react to mechanical tension placed upon them.
The human Body is meant to react to pressure placed, just like how if you live a raw, disciplined lifestyle you’ll produce more test this is the same with many other mechanisms in the body including bone building.
There’s a reason muay thai fighters repeatedly smack there shins on hard objects which forces them to grow, if this works then why wouldn’t it work on facial bones which are much more valuable and need to be kept safe using things like your maxilla and cheekbones.

HOW TO MAXIMISE BONESMASHING GROWTH?
so to support osteogenesis the main nutrient is calcium, that’s why everyone says “drinking milk gives you strong bones” this is true and people don’t just say it for no reason
How do you maximise the amount of calcium supporting your osteoblasts?
You can take vitaminD3 plus K2 the vitamin d will help absorb the calcium in your liver and the k2 will help redirect it from soft tissues like your face into places of need like osteoblasts (so it can be helpful for debloating too)

So doing this plus a high calcium diet can significantly improve bone growth when bonesmashing or just regularly

Now you also need the essentials (hgh and igf1) now obvi you can do this with a good diet and sleep but it may not be enough and in that situation your gonna need pure exogenous hgh or just a lighter peptide stack like CJC1295 and ipamorelin. After maximising these 2 hormones you can easily support the osteogenesis happening after bonesmashing


How to bonesmash correctly?
This is one of the harder topics to focus on because it depends on the person, someone with low test and low hgh will respond worse to bonesmashing then someone with good levels,
However the actual process of bonesmashing isn’t too hard, you just need to do it symmetrically and only up to the yielding point of your bones, so for cheekbones the goal is to reach low grade controlled micro trauma, each tap should be medium firm, like a mild knock on a wooden table, not hard but not too light.
You can use a small wooden tool or your knuckles 300 light taps is enough to do it well, if you notice redness or bruising your definetely overdoing it, soreness the next day or in 2 days time is good sometimes you won’t experience that and it’s also ok. Imagine tapping your cheekbone with a toothbrush handle — firm enough that you feel the bone slightly vibrate, but soft enough not to leave a bruise after 10 minutes.
But you need to do it symmetrically I think doing it with both cheekbones at the same time is the best way to ensure your being symmetrical but you can also count the amount of times your doing it per spot but that is very difficult


How long should you rest?
resting can differ between someone’s test and hgh and igf1 levels but usually if your doing it at the standard I said before I’d say at least a week before redoing but if your on hgh or test, sooner can be more efficient


Tip
You should always do it right after a gym session or sprinting or just doing sports, doing it with already elevated gh levels is very optimal because when your gh levels are high it can accelerate osteoblast recruitment to damaged bone leading in a quicker recovery and sometimes better results.
