I’ve come to realisation that IQ Pill as fucking brutal to swallow. So is there any way of bumping up the number, ik its all genetic, but surely there is something to do. When it comes to neutroopics of anything like that also just studying ig. LMK if you guys have any guides or tips to not end up retarded.

regualr exercise, 7-9 hours of sleep, good nutrition and engagement with new, complex information (learning a language, instrument, etc.). you can like 5-10 points, but only if you stay consistent for months to years
