good thread, what does coq10, selenium and probiotics do for height?

probiotics are full of good gut bacteria that can help with the synthesization of igf-1 , selenium is important for thyroid and coq10 is good for the liver by reducing the oxidive stress and inflammation on the liver and you need healthy liver for igf-1 production and it can potentially increase igf-1
