I have recently gotten my growth plates scanned and turns out I have a bone age of 188 months (about 15.5) and my growth plates are still open but probably closing soon (doc said I should expect 2-4 inches) other than exercise, diet, and sleep, is there any “secret sauce” or something I could do to exceed my potential. Obv ik abt gh but I heard at my point of growth it will most likely be negative.

Not sure, I went for a checkup and asked him abt my growth and he just sent me to get an x ray then and there, but I read it’s about 100-200, if you have short stature compared to your parents I’m pretty sure they do it for free, cause I think mine was free

Mk is decent off personal experience but It probably wouldn’t do more than just 2in max but I depends not even worth it cause of the bloat and insulin resistance ghrp-2 or cjc dac would be better both kinda similar there just better though.

Thanks bro really appreciate the advice, but do you know where I could source, that’s really the only thing holding me back, because I don’t want to put random cheap chemicals in my body

My parents are shorter than yours and I still made it to 6 feet with poor sleep habits and a mostly shitty diet, though I did have all organic food growing up and drank a lot of milk with a good amount of meat. Ig I did grow 2 inches from 18 to 19 after fixing my diet completely but I'm telling u rn it's mostly genetics.

Bro it's just a brutal reality that u need to accept. It's not bringing ppl down but its more like we both know growth after 17-18 is very unlikely unless you had some sort of deficiency whether it was nutritionally or hormonally otherwise there is no reliable way to gain height and you know this bro

Totally agree but did you even read my thread? My bone age is almost 2 years younger and my growth plates are open. If I didn’t know that and was saying this yeah I’d be a retard, but I know that I will 100% still grow even if it’s only 2 inches

Get bloodwork done and check your igf1 levels. Tbh there is little harm in trying gh peptides other than oily skin and water retention if you have low levels. And eat a high protein high carb diet don't listen to the bs about low carb or whatever you need low fat (20-30% of your calories max). There are a lot of things u can do and many hormones that play into height. Though look at your growth chart if its flattened out i can almost guarantee u that u aren't getting a significant amount of height from natural methods alone. Only reason I got 2 inches was bc my projected height was 6'1" not bc of luck
