I’m 13 years old and 6 foot, currently I’m trying to get to 6’5-6’6 but I’m wondering what I should do to get taller, my dad is 6’3, my moms 5’7, and my grandpa was 6’5, I go to sleep at 11 pm on school nights and 12 pm on weekends, and I don’t really eat any foods to maximize bone growth, any foods you recommend, sleep schedules, or supplements to take would be greatly appreciated (first post ever)

nigga I'm legit just saying your blessed, no need to even slightly worry about height, over 6'5 and you should get leg shortening surgery imo, the ROI from anywhere 6'2 and up just isn't worth it

Honestly I’m pretty new so wtf is ROI, but also other then just looks and seeming appealing, I play basketball so I want to get taller to maximize my performance

Honestly I’m pretty new so wtf is ROI, but also other then just looks and seeming appealing, I play basketball so I want to get taller to maximize my performance
Return on Investment, but if you're tryna go pro in basketball then its fair enough, you're best bet is honestly just sleep enough, have low stress and eat well, not worth the risk of tapping into any cope peptides or androgens

I’ve always thought something was up with peptides, any idea on what causes stress mainly? I kinda overthink a lot abt stuff

Yeah for real , just take estrogen for women supplement to hack your pathways, hop on accutane, and sleep from 4am to 9am to optimize your Circadian rhythm so you can produce more hgh at 12am

right right, just no need to tap into any steroids or peptides as there's a chance you risk fucking up your growth

and for stress just yea don't overthink and try to keep calm, usually helps showing less emotion and just being at peace

fuck you bro, Accutane should not be mentioned in harmful things for height, literally 0 studies proving the use of Accutane has any effect on height when used at normal doses

6 foot and 13 im jealous. sleep 8+ hours, vitamine k2+d3 zinc in the morning and magnesium before sleep. fish oils are good too. could start working out a little rn at home push ups , chin ups or pull ups if ur strong enough. just dont overtrain
 
So when you say overtrain, what qualifies as overtraining, I work out abt 3-4x a week with dumbbells, but I don’t really push myself to hard (I don’t do squats, deadlifts, or bench presses), and also what is k2+k3 and magnesium?

basically training without rest or with too much weight, although almost nobody overtrains; its pretty hard too do. K2 + D3 are vitamins and magnesium is a dietary supplement
