I`ve been for 3 months on a daily 1360 caloric deficit and i keep getting weaker and weaker in the gym  despite getting 2grams
of protein per kg and sleeping 10h/night.
As a begginer to lifting weights what`s the maximum caloric deficit that still allows you to keep or even
