Maximum caloric deficit without losing muscle

I`ve been for 3 months on a daily 1360 caloric deficit and i keep getting weaker and weaker in the gym despite getting 2grams
of protein per kg and sleeping 10h/night.
As a begginer to lifting weights what`s the maximum caloric deficit that still allows you to keep or even
build muscle while cutting?
 
Inject tren and cut as hard as you want

But in seriousness, just go for a 300-500 deficit.
