Start treating reading threads like actual studying
Simple, just start actually trying to learn what the fuck is in there.
Stop just reading threads.
Obviously, reading the thread is going to be important, it’s where you get the information from. But to actually use that information and not just have it go into one ear and come out the other, you need to start writing down what you learned from the thread/ guide.
It doesn’t have to be a super detailed essay on the entire thing, but mostly thing that you want to implement into your routine or ascension, whatever.
How to do it
Go out and buy a small note book. Once you’re in possession of the notebook, start writing down what ever you want to actually use from a guide.
