Jfl i was a giga compressed spinecel - plus my initial thought of being 5'7 was horribly wrong. i was actually 5'8-5'8.5, i have been posturemaxxing chintucking and avoiding slouching in any way. havent done any stretching tho. id recommend posturemaxxing. people look kinda different on me even.
